Activities Abroad
The trustees of the International Gabriele Foundation as well as sponsors and friends from all over the world regularly visit the connective biotope system, the pilot project in the heart of Europe. They take back to their countries what they see and experience here. In this way, peaceful lands for man, nature and animals are developing worldwide. Growing vegetables in Zimbabwe according to the example of peaceable farming
Trustee Philip Bunhu: “We’ve leased land and are growing vegetables. More and more people see what we’re doing, because the circumstances in our country are very difficult. Many are fighting to survive. It’s a joy to work the land, so that the life in unity with nature and animals spreads more and more.” Informing about the suffering of animals in Peru
Trustee Teresa Acosta: “We inform the public about the suffering of the animals and offer vegetarian cooking courses. People are beginning to respect the life of animals.” The Pilot Project
Trustees from all over the world get a look at the connective biotope system.
Building a deer igloo for the animals in the woods. Feeding stations for wild animals in Poland
Trustee Edward Wuj: “We’ve started cultivating a ten hectare field, which we farm according to the example of peaceful farming and let each field rest every third year. Near the field, we have a small piece of woods in which we’ve set up feeding stations for wild animals.” Planting trees in Kenya
Trustee Harun Ojwang: “We see how our woods are being exploited. Soon we will have a country without trees. So we work together with other people and plant trees, because a land without trees and water means the end of life. The trees are sown and grown in a tree nursery until they can be planted in nature.”
